Returns: If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you can receive a full refund via    the original method of payment. Refunds will be processed upon return of the item in its original condition and supplied packaging. Notification of your intent to return the item must be received within 7 days of receipt of the goods, and the return must be completed within 14 days.

Breakages: studioglassjewellery will be responsible for the condition of purchases in transit. Notification of any breakages or damage during postage must be received within 3 days of    receipt of your purchase. If a suitable alternative cannot be agreed, a full refund will be offered. Exchanges or refunds will only be processed upon receipt of the damaged item.

Repairs: studioglassjewellery cannot be held responsible for any damage or breakages occuring after the safe receipt of goods, however will endeavour to assist customers where possible with the repair of the item. Costs of such repairs will vary in individual circumstances. 

Care: The glass can generally be wiped clean with a soft, dry, non-abrasive cloth. For more stubborn marks, standard glass cleaner can be added. To ensure the safety of the glass, the pendants should be stored in their supplied boxes when not being worn. Sterling Silver may tarnish over time. This can be accelerated if the jewellery is not regularly worn. A silver cloth or silver dip can be easily used, following the manufacturer's guidelines to restore the jewellery's shine. The glass pendant should be removed from the choker or chain before doing this.
